Ingredients:

– Cabbage

– Horseradish

– Carrots

– Lemon juice

– Olive oil

Preparation:

Grind some cabbage, beets and carrots in the ratio 3: 1: 1. Add spices of your own choice. You can also add parsley and celery. Mix the vegetables well so that they can release their juice. Add a little bit of lemon juice.

In the end, add olive oil or other vegetable oil. Do not put salt!
